  • The Estée Lauder APAC TR Project Coordinator role is to perform administrative functions relating to project payment management and tracking.

  • He/ She supports the Project Management and Project Management Executive teams in terms of payment management to vendors, using the SAP system (CAPEX and OPEX).

  • He/ She assumes responsibility for maintaining complete and accurate records for all projects payments via the Project Master list.


  • To ensure that one is constantly updated with the status of each Travel Retail build project through weekly meetings and updates with the Project Teams in the APAC Region.

  • To understand and become familiar with the payment processes between the Company and vendors as well as the Company and Retailers, which might have unique variations between different regions.

  • To own the use of SAP system.

  • He/ She is to submit/complete project payments starting from the shop fitter appointment stage to final ‘Goods Receipt’ stage at Project Completion for CAPEX projects.

  • He/ She is to drive all vendor payments for maintenance works and other OPEX projects.

  • Team Structure to support – 5 Project Managers, 6 Project Management Executive across the APAC region.



  • Strong organization, follow up and prioritization skills.

  • Experience working in fast-paced organization, able to communicate & multi-task with different team members

  • Attentive to detail, accurate and well-organized

  • Cooperative and willing to assist others and work in a team environment

  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a professional manner.

  • Able to communicate and work in a culturally diverse team


  • 3 5 years of Cost Management/Indirect Procurement experience.

  • University graduates of Real Estate Management/Building Management/Quantity Surveying/Cost Management/Indirect Procurement.

  • Good knowledge of related computer applications – (Excel, Word is essential)

  • Architectural practice experience / Shop-fitter / construction experience / operations will be desirable.
