/We are looking for a passionate/ /KAM/ /with e-com and trade marketing experience to represent all brands in The Estée Lauder Companies' portfolio towards our e-retailers across the Nordics. Is that you?/

The Role

The Nordic E-Key Account Manager is a new role and a crucial role, in which you will impact one of the fastest growing areas of our business. With your solid e-com knowledge and strong negotiation and relationship-building skills you will secure optimal presence of our brands on each e-retailer site and build strong animation plans to accelerate growth with speed above market trend.

Your Key Responsibilities You will map the online market and assess potential new players in order to optimize our consumer coverage by brand.

More specifically, you will:

  • Be in charge of NS budgeting by brand by e-retailer, follow-up on results, evaluate performance and report back

  • Be the key contact person for the e-retailers and develop strong partnerships with them

  • Assume overall responsibility for the excellence in execution of the planned activities and for protecting the brands' equity on the e-retailers' web shops

  • Be the primary manager for the E-retail Coordinator, including performance management and skills development

  • Coordinate with brand marketing teams, the KAM team and the E-com team in order to create synergies, avoid any cannibalization between sites, and optimize results across channels

  • Develop social media strategy with the retailers to support brands' animation plan on the e-retailer site

  • Plan half year meetings with e-retailers to present novelties by brand and animation plans

  • Develop education plans for e-retailers' customer service, marketing and content creators

*Your Qualifications * You have a proven track record showing that you are able to deliver strong results in e-retail sales and in building collaborative relationships. You hold a strong understanding of FMCG products and a great interest and experience in digital sales.

Furthermore, we expect that you:**

  • Have at least 3 years of experience from a KAM role (preferably a digital KAM role or the equivalent)
  • Have experience with E-Commerce and Trade Marketing activities
  • Are a super user in Excel
  • Have multi-brand portfolio experience
  • Are fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish)
