Leads Global Brand Insights and Analytics Team for SBX, GG, TF brand to drive value to Brand and Retail Partners. The Insights and Analytics will lead integration of Insights, Analytics and CRM strategic analytics to drive action from innovation, activation to enhanced omni-channel experiences that results in business growth and elevated brand desirability.
Business Context and Scope: Smashbox (SBX)/ GlamGlow (GG) / TooFaced (TF) Role
Deliver brand dedicated consumer insights to action in each SBX/GG/TF brands
Lead Global Brand Insights and Analytics Team to drive value to Brand and Retail Partners.
Bring the voice of the Consumer/Shopper into the heart of SBX/GG/TF brands and their respective business processes, from Brand Strategy to Innovation to Marketing planning and in Market execution.
Continue to evolve and modernize consumer insights methodologies, including digital and advancing social listening into the arsenal, so that consumer & market understanding is happening in real time and becomes a competitive advantage for the brands
Lead segmentation and defining targets across cluster of brands to attract meaningful and more differentiated consumer segments to each individual brand, inspire more resonating communications linked to purchase and loyalty drivers
This role will develop, synergize and deploy global best practices across media, content, influencer and retail to enable Consumer Engagement executional excellence across Global Brands
Act as a conduit for best practice and work closely with Global colleagues and Insight & Analytics leaders to share ideas and initiatives that deliver competitive advantages/step changes in portfolio performance.
Lead to create synergies and sharing of learning, process, new approaches/models, and reporting framework across entire John Demsey cluster of brands. Partner with Chief of Staff on defining key insight & analytics requirements for cluster, and creating greater transparency of initiatives.
Use rich and real time insights to advise brand leadership on every day and long-term decision making
Partner with all innovation, runway, and strategy groups to provide and obtain information and insights.

Responsible to support all pillars of insight and analytics: Brand Equity & Health, Consumer Engagement, Innovation, Shopper Insight (with emphasis on SMC and Online), Consumer Targets
