As Consumer Marketing Manager , you will build the 360°

marketing plan both offline and online for the brand, in coordination with

Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, Merchandising and Online teams. You will

report to the General Brand Manager of the Brand.

  • Build and drive the 360° marketing plan across all channels

  • Drive A&P mix optimization both trade and advertising byleveraging consumer insights and trade activations synergies

  • Define the consumer journey(s) combining all communicationand distribution channels on all consumer facing activations offline/online tooffer a seamless consumer journey across channels

Key Activities

  • Build the 360° marketing plan for the brand, in coordinationwith Product Marketing, Trade Marketing and Online teams, and definesthe CRM strategy, in collaboration with online​

  • Define marketing strategy based on analysis of competitivelandscape and trends in markets, customers, products, prices, and channelsto identify opportunities for growth and profit enhancement

  • Define and align on the Consumer Calendar (launches, key shoppingmoments, retailers activities) for all channels, working closely withinternal and external stakeholders

  • Analyse, interpret and convert customer needs into brandstrategy in a seamless way both offline and online

  • Derive and adapt the Global/Regional marketing strategy tomaximize local relevancy​

  • Define the target consumer profile(s), adapting Global /Regional guidelines to local opportunities​

  • Translate local consumer insights into marketing and sellingopportunities​

  • Define and own the Consumer Journey(s), combining allcommunication and distribution channels​

  • Define the advertising and distribution mix for the upcomingyear including the Paid, Owned, Earned and COOP

  • Work closely with the Retail and Visual Merchandising teamson innovation and continuous improvement of in-store consumer experience​

  • Drive campaign performance analyses​

  • Drive A&P spend allocation while in charge ofA&P budget and optimization​

  • Contributes to LRP building, in particularA&P lines, with intent to maximize effective and efficient consumer-facingspend, monitoring and ensuring the best ROAS (Returnon Advertising Spend) ​

  • Manage the Consumer Marketing team, including ConsumerEngagement and Influencer Management (ex PR)​

Qualifications

Professional Qualifications

  • Background in consumer driven industry, and/or in mediaagency, and/or retail (beauty) industry, preferably luxury brands

  • Broad knowledge of the digital world

  • Budget and P&L management experience

  • Financial modelling and analysis

  • People management experience and/or a talent for transversalmanagement

  • Very strong communication skills, creative/innovativethinking, excellent team player and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-oriented, conceptual thinking out-of-the-boxmindset – entrepreneurial approach is key

  • Analytical and numerate

  • Dare to dream big and can do so in long-term strategical way

  • Eye for trends and innovation both offline and online

  • Experience with driving agencies

  • Willing to travel to the Netherlands and Luxembourg

  • We target at least 5 years’ experience
