Description

MAC is currently looking

for a Product Manager who will;

  • Manage the product portfolio perchannel, retailer, door type.

  • Build local product offering (e.g.product sets) in coordination with Trade Marketing

  • Support Consumer Marketing in buildinglaunch plans, adapting global guidelines to local opportunities

  • Monitor product related visual assetsand master data (e.g. local product codes)

  • EventManagement

  • Set prices according to regional andglobal policies (tracks competitors prices, sets consumer and retailerprices according to regional and global policies, plan price increases,…)

  • Contribute to Retailer discussionspreparation on product-related topics (launches, assortment range, prices,exclusivities)

  • Perform volume forecasts per SKU,including all promotional items

  • Reconsolidate between forecast anddemand planning

  • Monthly follow up of gross sales withDemand planning

  • Report and follow up on monthly retailsales(including launches)

  • Work closely with Supply Chain andDemand Planning to monitor stocks; proposes mitigation actions in case ofavailability or excess issues

  • Have daily contact with EMEA includingall EMEA reporting

  • Contribute to Visual Merchandisingdecision-making (quantities, regional vs local production) and monitoring(budget, quality, delay), in particular regarding launches, incoordination with Corporate Visual Merchandising teams

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and spokencommunications in Dutch, English and French

  • 3 to 5 years marketing experience in aconsumer driven environment.

  • Preferably, this experience has beenacquired in the cosmetics & beauty products and/or the luxuryindustry.

  • Analytical,autonomous team-player, excellent communication & presentation skills.

  • Entrepreneur& initiative taker.

  • Result oriented, passion for product,hands-on approach, pragmatic & flexible, driven challenge seeker
