The Estee Lauder Companies Product Manager MAC in Diegem, Belgium

Product Manager MAC

MAC is currently lookingfor a Product Manager who will;

  • Manage the product portfolio per channel, retailer, door type.

  • Build local product offering (e.g. product sets) in coordination with Trade Marketing

  • Support Consumer Marketing in building launch plans, adapting global guidelines to local opportunities

  • Monitor product related visual assets and master data (e.g. local product codes)

  • Event Management

  • Set prices according to regional and global policies (tracks competitors prices, sets consumer and retailer prices according to regional and global policies, plan price increases,…)

  • Contribute to Retailer discussions preparation on product-related topics (launches, assortment range, prices, exclusivities)

  • Perform volume forecasts per SKU, including all promotional items

  • Reconsolidate between forecast and demand planning

  • Monthly follow up of gross sales with Demand planning

  • Report and follow up on monthly retail sales(including launches)

  • Work closely with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to monitor stocks; proposes mitigation actions in case of availability or excess issues

  • Have daily contact with EMEA including all EMEA reporting

  • Contribute to Visual Merchandising decision-making (quantities, regional vs local production) and monitoring (budget, quality, delay), in particular regarding launches, in coordination with Corporate Visual Merchandising teams

  • Excellent written and spoken communications in Dutch, English and French

  • 3 to 5 years marketing experience in a consumer driven environment.

  • Preferably, this experience has been acquired in the cosmetics & beauty products and/or the luxury industry.

  • Analytical, autonomous team-player, excellent communication & presentation skills.

  • Entrepreneur & initiative taker.

  • Result oriented, passion for product, hands-on approach, pragmatic & flexible, driven challenge seeker
