looking for its MAC Cosmetics Division for a Sales Manager Benelux.

  • Develop thebusiness by increasing sales while maintaining the quality of the M.A.Ccustomer service at its best:

  • Elaborate andimplements the Retail strategy in coordination with the Brand Manager andthe other Departments

  • Ensure thequality of execution at Retail: quality of customer service, quality ofoperations

  • Work at storelevel to identify business needs and create strategies to drive thebusiness (collection launches, store events, challenges, merchandising)

  • Provide detailedanalysis and information to Brand Manager to support business decisionsand planning

  • Provide timelyanalysis and reports outlining market performance, challenges andopportunities

  • Lead andmanage the team of Area Retail Managers and Retail Managers.

  • Prepare andconduct regular team meetings.

  • LeadOperations (inventory levels, staffing, operating conditions,…)

  • Follow-up withretail partners

Qualifications

  • Inspirational leader –public speaking skills

  • Digital/transformationminded

  • Strong affinity withsocial media (influencers, vloggers, bloggers,..)

  • Experience as a SalesManager in a Retail environment

  • Management and leadershipexperience in a Retail environment essential

  • Customer serviceoriented. Understands business opportunities

  • Proven exceptionalability in driving sales by managing and motivating the field teams

  • Demonstrated ability toimplement clear and effective action plans

  • Ability to write reports,compute and analyze data

  • Proven ability to provideguidance, instruction and training

  • Proficiency in the Dutchand English language, written and spoken. Additional languages willbe viewed as an asset.

  • Stay composed, positiveand unflappable even in trying moments

  • Build trust through theirreliability and authenticity

  • Smoothly handle multipledemands, shifting priorities and rapid change
