Responsible from operations and reporting processes
Reports all field performance criterias and results. (sales, KPIs, promotion analysis)
Analyzes store performance data to determine opportunities & strengths
Manages budgets of Tester/GWP/Samples per store
Creates Monthly Sales & Operation Calendar for stores
Calculates bonus and provides information flow to field employees
Works as an administrator for SAP, X-store and WFM systems
Organizes store shipment process in collaboration with Customer Service
Organizes store transfers to maintain optimum stock level in stores
Prepares Sales Presentations for all meetings
Makes demo check with HRBP via HR Connect
Works with Area Sales Managers, Finance, Supply Chain, IT and HR about sales & operation issues
Leads new projects when necessary
University level education or equivalent
Min 4 years of relevant sales or sales - related experience andsound understanding of retail operations management
English is a required language proficienc
Knowledgeable about the company and its culture
Broad and deep knowledge of the sales function of the brands
Strong analytical skills; the ability to identify criticalconcerns and prioritize; problem-solving abilities
