Estee Lauder Companies are recruiting a skilled Digital Artworker to become an integral part of their busy digital studio. Based in London or Fareham, the successful candidate will gain experience of working with exciting global brands and other Digital Designers and Developers.

You will be responsible for final production Artwork, so you MUST be incredibly accurate, with an exceptionally keen eye for detail and quality. In addition, you will have a passion for design and branding and be able to work closely and support the rest of the team.

  • Experience of CMS advantageous

  • Willingness to learn

  • Animation skills a bonus

The Digital Artworker will be responsible for banner design, retailer crops & email design. Work closely with Brand representatives and other designers to visualize marketing programs, with the end result being deliverables to be used in the advertising and promotion of Estee Lauder Companies campaigns.

You will conceptualize and create layouts based on Brand discussions and the marketing calendar using existing templates or creating new directions based on marketing requirements, whilst ensuring Brand consistency is maintained throughout the design process.

The ideal candidate will either have 2 years relevant industry experience in a similar role or be a graduate. Designing for multiple Brands such as cosmetics or luxury brands would be a distinct advantage. You should be able to demonstrate good experience of Adobe Creative Suite and have a creative background. You will also need to show excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Culturally-aware - aware of wider communications/marketing trends and culture as a whole

Job Circumstances

  • Willing and available to work outside of normal working hours as required to fulfil the duties of the post.

  • Willingness to undertake travel as required fulfilling the duties of the post.
