We would love for you to come and join the Estee Lauder family, where the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring and driving efficient operational performance helping the team and our brand partners add value to the business, as we continue our exciting journey of innovation, change and transformation

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a safe working environment by working with the DC & Logistics Management Team, and Health & Safety Manager, looking after the wellbeing of 300 – 600 employees.

  • Ensuring the UK Distribution and Logistics function is effective in supporting a multi-channel environment that includes Online Fulfilment, Retail (Free-Standing Store Model) and Wholesale distribution, with particular focus on delivering an omni-channel experience

  • Meeting financial and productivity objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions and Identifying and delivering cost saving opportunities

  • Managing capability levels and talent management processes through recruitment, training and performance management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing large operational teams within Supply Chain preferably in a DC or Manufacturing environment

  • Courage to initiate and lead change to drive success

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and be able to work with many stakeholders, both internal and external

  • Ability to align and engage the team to achieve the Company’s vision, strategy and goals
