Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute project work plans

  • Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities

  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope

  • Reviews deliverables, both internal and vendor, prepared by team before passing to client

  • Ensures vendors are accountable and delivering against their project commitments

  • Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards

  • Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures

  • Minimizes our exposure and risk on project

  • Manage changes to the project scope, which impact schedule, budget or resources through strict change control

  • Manage interdependencies (internal & external)

  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

  • Work in close collaboration with work stream lead

  • Project Accounting

  • Ensure project funding processes are completed

  • Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis

  • Manages project budget and changes

Qualifications

Essential Job Qualities

  • End to End PM lifecycle experience

  • Experience of managing relationships and deliverables in a multi-vendor service migration project

  • Experience in delivering projects within time and budget

  • Experience of having worked for a similar large scale organization in a highly matrix managed environment

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Methodical in approach

  • PMI, Prince 2 and/or ITIL certification (desirable)
