Responsibilities:

Drive Retail Sales

  • Achieve Retail sales targets in his/her door for all brands.

  • Drive the Brands´ teams to achieve and exceed their objectives.

  • Set Retail Sales targets and customer service standards. Track sales results.

  • Maximize potential on trade activities and plan- forecast accordingly.

  • Ensure that the highest levels of consumer services are offered at all times.

  • Be the main contact and coordinator internally and externally for HQ retailer.

  • Ensure time and resources are allocated strategically.

  • Maintain a supportive and collaborative relationship with the Retailer´s Floor Manager business partner – while ensuring ELC status, store environment and operating conditions are respected

  • Merchandising: Lead, negotiate excellence in execution, best location instore & distortion

Business Analysis

  • Analyze the business: monitor KPIs, evaluate team & individual performance KPI’s

  • Accurate and structured forecasting & monitoring of retail sales. On a weekly, monthly & annual basis, reporting both brand and retailer level incl productivity analysis.

  • In collaboration with brand (education/ merchandising/ key account) identify business challenges per brand. Assess the performance of the team.

  • Proactive stock management by ensuring OCD launches and trade animations on-time & in-full.

Business planning and strategic thinking

  • Elaborate and implement action plans to improve sales, service and the productivity of the teams.

  • Supervise BA scheduling to ensure the productivity and the capacity to serve customers are optimized; responsible for full corporate staffing planning.

  • Control expenses and manage budgets.

  • Analytically drives actions from brand strategy to consumer transaction while extending consumer reach

  • Enable the team to conduct extra Promotional Services, In Store events & Retail Events

  • Negotiate extra support from the retail partner (for example in communication & location).

Supervise Corporate Team in the execution of Operational processes

  • Supervise the operational condition of store: VM, cleanliness, hygiene, safety, maintenance, lighting, etc…

  • Ensure the correct execution of the store management procedures (opening and closing, cash handling, safety, HR).

  • Be the expert in the use of the operating system.

  • Excellence in Execution; Ensuring the best merchandising, presentation and visibility of ELC brands in each store and aligning with E-retail. Making sure contract is executed perfectly by the teams.

Training and Development

  • Train and develop the corporate team to successfully manage their counters and guide them to a next step in their careers

  • Succession planning: anticipate staffing needs and movements.

  • Create successful teams by matching individual profiles and competencies

  • Conduct the recruitments in a professional manner to ensure the highest quality of selling skills, customer service and work ethics.

  • Evaluate corporate team to develop and promote those with management potential.

  • Collaborate with Education to ensure training needs are met.
