Business Analyst, ROS Program (2-year Contract)

Support one of Estee Lauders largest retail transformation programs across the Asia Pacific Region. This role will support the Program Manager in delivering the Retail solutions to the relevant Affiliate and ensuring the business requirements are captured and delivered. This role will be part of the Program Management Office working closely with regional process leads, Affiliate business team, Regional and local IT and Change Management team.
Responsible for the defining and delivering of business analysis and project management activities to support the rollout of initiatives. This involves:-
Responsibility for supporting the affiliate delivery teams with developing and ongoing management of affiliate project plan
Assist in maintaining the Program plan with Program Manager and IT Project Manager
Ensure PMO risks and issues are identified and management effectively
Liaise with IT leads, system integrator and Change Management team to ensure the overall maintenance of the program plan
Help to identify and escalate risks and issues with the potential to impact on the delivery of change management activities or program plans.
Work flexibly and collaboratively with other team members to ensure the program/project operates smoothly.
Demonstrate professional and ethical behaviour by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position.
Capture business needs and shaping requirements through dialogue with affiliates and Regional business process leads
Documents and maintains business requirement in the Requirements catalogue
Validating and Verifying Requirements – ensure the requirements map to the business needs being addressed that are approved by all the appropriate stakeholders and with relevant quality standards.
Coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to validate proposed solutions
Obtains key inputs from IT and System Integrator to identifies solution interdependencies
Work with the Regional Process owner to analyse, identify and map business processes of the solution to ensure consistency across the region
Support Training development activities with regards to Affiliate specific processes
Management Consulting experience
Business and/or project experience gained within Retail industry.
Professional certification or a relevant tertiary qualification in an area such as Business Analyst Certification.
Participation or contribution to the development and delivery process improvement activities.
Excellent Microsoft office skills
Excellent people management/interpersonal skills
Ability to work proactively
