The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative and production support to the Regional Director Visual Merchandising APAC and the APAC region, allowing the Regional Director to develop VM strategy for the growing number of stores, collateral programs and training needs of the region, prototype and roll out new VM initiatives, and provide administrative support to the APAC markets.
Main point of contact for affiliate Marketing and VM managers to field inquiries, vet CRQs, and maintain effective VM support for the APAC markets.
Maintain visual merchandising collateral order form, supplies list and displayer drawing documents.
Maintain visualization calendar in coordination with Regional Marketing.
Coordination and support of the quarterly VM book, including gathering information from IMW and Regional Marketing.
Provide admin support for customized quarterly VM book for China, including liasing with the China market for accurate Marketing and Visualization calendar, SKU lineup and custom merchandising initiatives.
Coordination of monthly window artwork, LED video content, enhanced visualization and enhanced merchandising requests for the APAC region, including compiling orders from markets, distributing artwork and requesting post-production photos.
Coordination and production of monthly lightboxes for the APAC region, including compiling orders from markets, managing new door additions, coordinating delivery of assets to timeline and overseeing billing.
Coordination and support of new VM initiatives, aiding production to implementation.
Distribute Visual Merchandising updates to the APAC region.
Maintain seasonal pricing signage library for distribution to the APAC markets.
Maintain store photo archive on International Shared Drive.
Compile monthly regional reports.
Maintain regional displayer library.
Provide support for regional VM training workshops by liaising with local affiliate on logistics and shipping collateral.
Proficient in English

Superior organizational skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, and Photoshop preferred, but not required.
