Assistant Consumer Engagement Manager, Clinique, Asia Pacific
Assistant Consumer Engagement Manager for APAC region. This digital-savvy employee is responsible for supporting Clinique’s digital, social, influencer strategies, and also to support the retail marketing function for the APAC region. He or she will work closely with the regional team, global team and affiliate markets to ensure strategic and forward-thinking execution across all consumer-facing touch points. Furthermore, she/he will support the regional development of localized digital strategies, programs and content to drive brand engagement, recruitment and loyalty, at the same time, to support retail marketing to leverage every touch point to drive traffic and create recruitment opportunities.
This role will also work seamlessly with corporate functions to manage, implement & execute CRM, Omni channel and other programs as part of the holistic marketing plan.
Roles & Responsibilities
Support the senior consumer engagement manage and the team in digital, social, media and influencer strategies
Work closely with the regional team, global team and affiliate markets to ensure strategic and forward-thinking execution across all consumer-facing touch points.
Work closely with and support affiliates to adapt global or regional strategy to local markets to drive brand engagement, recruitment and loyalty.
Work with affiliates to identify influencers opportunities.
Support influencer events by working closely with global, regional and affiliate markets.
Support social and influencer content creation for the region.
Work with global and affiliates in managing influencer crisis.
Work closely with corporate CE and online team on new idea, test and learn projects.
Support Senior Consumer Engagement Manager in retail marketing and CRM.
Support regional and affiliate-level 360 retail calendars that leverage every touch point to drive traffic and create recruitment opportunities.
Support the regional team to guide retail marketing, assortment, and all animation support.
Work closely with corporate CRM to support CRM initiatives to drive door productivity, client acquisition and loyalty. Partner with Retail Operations on market execution, measurement and consultant engagement.
Oversee the execution of You Time Services across the region. Works with VM, Marketing and Education to ensure a successful program roll out in store, measuring success through KPI’s.
Skills & Requirements
Consumer engagement – Digital, Influencer & Retail Marketing
Knowledge in developing social, digital, influencer, CRM and media campaigns in a similar brand role, or digital marketing or advertising agency environment.
Understanding of global, and Asia specific, influencer landscape and experience executing campaigns and contracts with influencers.
Excellent organizational and communications skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and work closely with teams based around the world.
Great time management skills, ability to multitask and very high attention to detail.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation tools and skills.
Knowledge of China market and social landscape preferred. Mandarin speaker a plus.
Knowledge of regional third-party resources, industry trends and emerging technologies

Strong business acumen on Retail, experience in cosmetics would be a plus
Persuasive but collaborative working attitude.
