Position Summary

Working with Consumer Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for consumer marketing activities in the APAC region including social media, digital advertising, online/e-comm, PR, CRM and creative management. This person will assist to deliver consistent brand experience across all consumer touch-points, aiming to drive higher customer engagement level thus conversion and loyalty, ultimately growing the brand.

Roles & Responsibilities

Digital / Social (40%)

  • Support the team on digital media planning and management, (inclusive of social, display, video, mobile, SEM, SEO and media partnership) in alignment with brand’s go-to-market strategies

  • Support the team and key markets on new marketing campaigns from launch preparation, to launch execution, recap analysis and follow up

  • Monitor and evaluate pre-set KPIs with markets to be able to recommend future action plans that contribute to continuous improving results

  • Collaborate closely with markets to maintain up-to-date consumer engagement activity tracker

  • Active self-involvement in market’s social media activities and sharing ideas and insights, where applicable

  • Stay up-to-date with competitive activities, as well as new social media and influencer trends

  • Discover new opportunities or technology solutions to optimize current marketing campaigns

Creative (30%)

  • Management of the full brands’ assets library and usage rights calendar to support local executions

  • Maintain tracker of all regional creative requests alongside internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery

  • Development of creative asset briefs for regional marketing programs and ensure delivery with active follow up

Reporting and Insights (30%)

  • Support the team to prepare regular reports, insights, analysis and powerpoints for market presentations leveraging available marketing analytic and insights tools

  • Monitor and track campaign performances to measure media effectiveness against marketing activities

  • Maintain up-to-date regional media spend trackers

  • Compile best practices and key competitor activities, to be shared with brand team to implement in future plans and increase synergy

Qualifications

Skills & Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years working experience, preferably within social media marketing or digital advertising agency

  • University Degree, preferably Marketing or Communications

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Digital and online-savvy and an active social media user. Experience in blogging/ vlogging is a plus

  • Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube) and APAC-specific channels (e.g. WeChat, Weibo, LINE, Tmall, etc.)

  • Well-organized with high attention to detail and good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Pro-active learner and forward-thinking

  • Strong reporting and analytical skills

  • Passionate about the beauty industry and related trends

  • Understanding of beauty industry market and marketing tools is a plus

  • Proficient with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word)
