This role requires candidate with strong analytical & co-ordination skill to contribute to smooth the marketing communications in between regional and affiliate, to best implement the APAC strategy into the market activities. 100% of the time will be allocated to Consumer Engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities
Cascade Monthly Facebook Calendar to all markets. Monitor their Facebook posts submission on Sysomos.
Regional approval of Facebook geo-targeted content (copy and visuals), ensuring it is in line with Global strategy. Help to streamline and improve efficiency of our current social media content calendar process to dramatically improve our digital agility and speed-to-market.
Cascade Paid Social Guidelines and follow up with markets on their Paid Social plan. Work with global on digital advertising execution. Use the ELC cooperate “Media Tool” to monitor the market media buy activities.
Explore new platforms/new digital advertising tools. Provides direction & focus on platforms of greatest opportunity by market.
Provide technical know-hows and organize trainings on Sysomos
Implement the APAC social channel strategy to oversee the market social business focus and optimize the channel assets from market to market
Update and maintenance for coresite (IMX markets and New Zealand) and roll out of specific Online programme (e.g. Digital Experience on brand sites) in close collaboration with Global Online & affiliate teams.
Work with Global Online and markets on local-relevant online materials (e.g. EDM for local festivals).
Work closely with Regional Online team to align on social media/digital advertising to drive traffic to e-commerce. Ensure to keep track of results and provide recommendations to markets.
GLOBAL/MARKET EVENT COORDINATION:
Manage the BAU marketing activities communication in between the global, APAC and the markets.
Coordinate with the global PR team for all KOL/media related global trips.
Work with Global (Online as well as Social Media), Regional Online team and China affiliate for TMALL ongoing projects. Drive development of social media content on China specific platforms (Weibo, WeChat).
MEASUREMENT AND ANALYTICS:
Align with the global EMV report, conduct APAC EMV report through Sysomos
Recap Monthly Facebook performance and provide key learnings.
Ensure competitive reporting and analysis is being utilized by the Brand consistently.
Leverage on existing analytic tools (Sysomos, Synthesio) to provide insights to market.
Help Sr. Consumer Engagement Manager in developing measurement and analysis guidelines, giving framework for success based on consumer metrics
Support Sr. Consumer Engagement Manager to partners with Corporate Marketing on Earned Media Value strategy and analytics, leveraging insights to make marketing spend more effective and efficient.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Holder, preferably in marketing or social media study
