Position Summary:

The role of Marketing and Sales

Admin/ Customer Service Coordinator is to support the overall business, marketing,

financial & supply chain management process by the management and tracking

of all shipments Global Source Hub to APAC Distributors for Glamglow. It is key

for this role to work in close collaboration with Regional brand managers, marketing

managers, order management team, demand planning, and warehouse team on the

delivery of the required products to the respective customers. Will be responsible to drive improvement on

Fill Rate performance to all customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing support
  • Coordinate

new launch plans and product information with retailers for each season

  • Maintain

and own pricing grids across the region, based on regionally-determined

corridors

  • Involved

in the coordination and development of animation calendars for key retailers

  • Work

with our marketing and design teams on visual merchandising updates/ planograms

for each season

  1. Order

management

  • Close liaison with warehouse team to ensure

the timely execution of orders delivery and communication to distributors

  • Support shipment document preparation where

necessary.

  • Perform

deep dive analysis to understand root cause of lost sales contributors and to

share analysis with regional brand managers / customers and propose suggestions

on improvement areas.

  • Preparation and publication

of monthly KPI performance tracker

  • Strive for operational

excellence by leading regular process review to identify opportunities for

improvement and to initiate discussion with key stakeholders for alignment.

4.

Other administrative tasks

  • Processing invoices

  • Tracking expenses

Qualifications

Skills & Requirements

  • Fluent in English

  • Proficient in MS office applications

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills

  • Confident with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Diploma /Degree in Supply Chain / Shipping / Logistics or any related disciplines a plus

  • Have experience / knowledge in using SAP a plus
