Corporate Communication Manager, Communication, Hong Kong

  • Develop and plan all communication strategies to ensure HK & Macau overall objectives are achieved

  • Work closely with Global/regional on all internal and external communication

  • Provide strategic corporate, and function communications to the Company’s employees aligning with the ELC strategy.

  • Manage and support ad hoc or brand’s/ function’s external communication issues

  • As the key project leader for all CSR initiatives for HK&Macau Affiliate including Breast Cancer Awareness (BCA) Program and all other brand and corporate CSR initiatives

  • Work closely with Corporate Marketing Director to manage the corporate influencer strategy; from identifying the right influencers, cost negotiation and KPI tracking reports

  • Align with global and regional Communications team to deploy employee messaging at the local, ensuring that key corporate messages are communicated.

  • Build strong collaborative relationships with key external and internal functions including legal, regulatory, HR and other corporate stakeholders as well as business leaders at all levels.

  • Manage internal digital platforms and be the administrator of the ELHK Intranet for the affiliate.

  • Support Chinese and English copywriting.

  • Support internal communication projects, events or initiatives, such as staff town halls, leadership team meetings, staff engagement projects.

  • Create a strong sense of pride/belonging and work with Human Resources on developing employee engagement.

  • Identify media opportunities and develop media briefings.


  • Degree holder with at least 10 years' relevant experience

  • Solid experience in corporate and CSR programs management

  • Strong experience in communications for multi-national companies

  • Able to engage various stakeholders and work well in a team

  • Ability to lead projects and interact with key internal and external stakeholders

  • Attentive to detail and quality

  • Excellent Chinese and English written and spoken skills
