HR Intern for Regional Digital Education Transformation Project

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The leading project in the organization is happening here across Asia Pacific:

PROJECT LEARN.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Communication

with the Regional Project Team

  • Communication

with the Regional Brand Education Leaders

  • Communication

with the Market level Project Teams across the Region

  • Learning

Articulate 360 tool and helping to support the publishing and organization of

the regional content supporting multiple functions across the Regional office

ACCOUNTABILITIES :

We have launched a region wide project

focused on our retail population and we need support with the following:

  • Developing

presentations for updating project teams and senior leadership in key milestone

meetings

  • Organizing

training

sessions and calls

  • Maintaining

the project milestone calendar for each market

  • Communicating

with markets on milestone meetings/training sessions/content management

  • Supporting

the publishing and organization of content on the platform

  • Supporting

the Regional Retail HR team with content development

Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

  • Interest

in Digital Learning

  • A

passion for understanding development of talent in organizations

  • Digitally

savvy and creative

  • Strong

organizational and communication skills

  • A

passion for working on a groundbreaking project where you will learn and have

an impact on the organization at the same time.

  • Fluent

in English both written and spoken. Ideally in one other APAC language

(Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai or Bahasa

Indonesian)

  • Fluent

in Microsoft Office 365 Tools, Excel, Power Point.
