Senior Analyst, Internal Control

- Determine the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls in the affiliates, plants and departments in the APAC region of Estee Lauder Companies, especially in China through operational and financial reviews and audits.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assists the Regional Lead in execution of the annual audit plan for APAC region;
Based in HK. Successful candidate will be frequently assigned to projects in China;
Able to work independently and in a team environment;
Conducts financial, compliance, SOX compliance, operational audit projects including the examination and evaluation of the adequacy of internal controls;
Participate in preparing the written English report to operating and senior management, which summarizes the work performed, findings, and recommendations.
Works with the Management to develop action plans and monitor the status of action plans to address control design and operating deficiencies;
Performs Ad-hoc audits, Information technology general control review, IT audit, fraud investigations, process improvement initiatives and other projects as requested;
Skills & Requirements
Command fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
Minimum 4 years of working experience;
Big 4 Public accounting/ Internal control consulting experience preferred;
Background should include general IA knowledge and core competency in SOX compliance, with operational and FCPA experience preferred;
Bachelor’s degree in Business/ IT / Accounting;
With knowledge about visualization tools, data analytics skills, Information technology general control review preferred
CPA/CIA/CISA Certification preferred
Strong working knowledge of key PC programs.
Able to work in a team environment.
Able to travel approximately 70%, mainly China.
Able to understand business process flows. (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay etc)
