Senior Product Marketing Executive, Bobbi Brown, Asia Pacific

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager of Bobbi Brown, Asia Pacific, on make-up and skincare on product strategies and launches to ensure operational marketing excellence for APAC region.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Product Marketing

  • Maintain APAC marketing calendar, consolidate and review affiliates’ calendar plan against Global and regional suggestion

  • Review and consolidate APAC market forecasts on new launches and sampling, ensuring alignment with sales ambition

  • Track new launch and conduct in-depth post-launch analyses with insights and recommendations for future programs

  • Review LL product launch pricing bi-yearly to ensure regional consistency

  • Work closely with the affiliate teams and Global team for on-going marketing activities and address requests in efficient and timely manner

Operational Efficiency

  • Coordinate with markets on merchandising orders and work with regional VM team to ensure in-store executional excellence

  • Responsible for coordination and tracking of order fulfillment for new launches, basic business, sample and collaterals in collaboration with markets, Regional Demand & Supply Planner and affiliate DC teams

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare monthly reports including Mix of Business report and sell-through analyses across all APAC markets independently

  • Compile quarterly Beauty Research data analysis

  • Half yearly updates on product assortment and line edits

  • Monitor innovations, competitive activities and market trends


  • Update the Regional team and maintain a database on Bobbi Brown GMW bulletins in a timely manner

  • Prepare recap and agenda for internal meetings

  • Work on ad-hoc brand specific tasks such as global/ regional meeting presentation

  • Attend global and affiliates’ conference calls, as needed


Skills & Requirements:

  • University Degree inMarketing with 3 years working experience in cosmetics, luxury goodsor FMCG industry

  • Strong analyticalskills, well organized and sensitive in details

  • Multi-tasker withability to manage and meet deadlines

  • Self-starter andindependent, with positive and can-do attitude

  • High sense ofresponsibility, displays reliable and integrity

  • Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills

  • Proficient in English,Cantonese and Mandarin are highly desirable
