Position Summary:

Provide general

support and ensure the smooth running of the Regional Retail day to day

functions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office

administration and Retail and will be able to work in a fast-paced, constantly

changing environment. The ability to

interact with employee at all levels, remaining flexible, proactive,

resourceful, and efficient is critical. The ideal candidate will be able to

grow into a role with increased business facing opportunities and expand

responsibilities to better support the Retail team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize and manage department’scalendar and support team members’ business meetings and travel arrangements

  • Setup on-going Retail update calls /meetings with local affiliates, APAC functions, Global partners, etc.

  • Support in arranging logistics fortravel and meetings including hotel, flight and meeting schedule, etc.

  • Work closely with procurement,affiliate market, regional office in organizing / preparing conferences,workshops and roundtable meetings.

  • Coordinate T&E and miscellaneousexpenses for processing and reimbursements.

  • Maintain and update filing system anddepartment library for safe-keeping and easy retrieval of information.

  • Create shopping carts for office needsand act as point person for SAP access.

  • Manage and support miscellaneous / adhoc matters as assigned.

  • Work closely with the team to obtainand gather relevant business information, collate and consolidate as directed.

  • Assist in the preparation ofpresentation and documentation; tabulate and summarize raw data into charts,graphs and/or reports.

  • Provide support for various Retailinitiatives

  • Supportdevelopment of overall Regional Retail Strategy

  • Supportin business analysis and presentations relating to Regional Retail

  • Coordinatewith business stakeholders and support in organizing meetings and communicatingto stakeholders

  • Supportin coordination needed for rolling out key Retail initiatives and properlycommunicating to all necessary stakeholders

  • Supportin rollout of Regional Programs, championing collaboration with all teams:internal customers/end users, brand leads, vendors, corporate support partners,and IT

  • Activelyengages with different stakeholders and provides ongoing support based onhands-ng knowledge of Regional Retail solutions

  • Providessupport in Change Management and Training initiatives as needed to furtheradvance Regional Retail



  • Tertiaryeducation

  • Excellent command oforal/written English

  • Minimum5 years of relevant working experience

  • Experienceworking in Retail Industry

  • Excellentinterpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with all levels ofpersonnel

  • Strongadministrative skills, well organized, capable to prioritize a work andfollows-up proactively

  • Computersavvy – MS Word, Excel and Power Point as minimum requirements.

  • Serviceoriented and enjoys working with people

  • Meticulous andthorough – attention to details

  • Highly adaptableperson and a team player

  • Capable to workin a matrix organization with dual reporting;

  • Energetic andgood learning attitude

  • Very agile andcan-do spirit
