HR Service Representative, Asia Pacific

Position Summary

OneSource HR Services team is one of the Company’s shared services functions providing Human Resources services support to employees. HR Services Representative is the first point of contact for the resolution of HR inquiries and requests that are escalated via Employee Portal, phone, or other access channels. They are also responsible for the processing of employee lifecycle transactions from hire to retire.

Roles & Responsibilities

HR Services Representative (HSR) will exercise the above competencies through the below Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage hire-to-retire boarding processes through Oracle HRIS system to maintain employee data in Oracle HRIS system with accuracy

  • Handle employee enquiries including but not limited to, employee movement, employee benefits administration, onboarding and off boarding, work visa application, system related, employment verification letter, reporting, etc

  • Leverage tools such as Case Management to adhere SLAs and Telephony system to respond and track requestor enquiries, etc

  • Participate in User Acceptance Test when required

  • Support ad hoc duties and projects when required.


Skills & Requirements

  • University degree with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience preferably gained from Human Resources and/or Customer Services function

  • Excellent customer services skills and strong communication skills

  • Attention to detail in work

  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks and requests in an evolving environment

  • Pleasant personality and positive attitude, responsible and committed

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Experience in Oracle HR System, customer service telephony system, case management tool is an advantage

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin, Thai and/or Vietnamese
