The Estee Lauder Companies Product Development Coordinator in Irvine, California


We are looking for a Product Development Coordinator to join our team! Too Faced Cosmetics Corporate Headquarters located in Irvine, Ca. is looking for a Product Development Coordinator to provide support to the Product Development team.

To be successful in this position the right candidate must be a hard worker who is organized and can multi-task in a fast paced environment.


  • Help PD Complexion Team or Color Team organize raw ingredients through documentation and filling

  • Research trends for new product inspiration

  • Log and track feedback for Batch Submissions

  • Label all batch submissions and documents, file in proper designated section

  • Organize all products in assigned boxes by category in the retains closet

  • Label, separate and organize master bins with current projects by vendors

  • Once project is finalized transfer to launch seasonal bins and organize with submissions

  • Label, separate and organize non-active, pending projects

  • Organize and dispose of any rejected submissions that are old

  • Label and organize filing cabinets with new projects to prep for incoming batch submissions

  • Organize and log competitive closet

  • Order PD office supplies when needed

  • Organize Too Faced Product library with Product Development retains


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Product Development, Marketing or similar area of study (or currently a student in this area)

  • Understanding of color theory

  • Project and timeline management skills

  • Proactive, strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Experienced in MS Office suite
