RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Retail Sales and Net Sales

  • Organize and input monthly retail sales information

o Upload Monthly retail of retailers into hyperion

o Collate SKU report of Retailers into monthly reporting

o Update and compile all retail sales report for ASM

  • Generate monthly net sales reports from AS400 for twice a month

  • Compile monthly net sales SKU reports from Front End

  • Keep track of Purchase orders and shipment

  • Preparation of Fact Sheet for VIP visits

o Update Retail sales, Business Breakdown % and Photos

  • Assist to check Purchase orders of customers for:

o New marketing items

o Promotions

2. Logistic and Importation Support to Sales and Education team

  • Assist team to all courier issues national-wise to and from

o all point of sales

o Hotel and event venues

o Retailers’ office and warehouse

  • Handle all shipment between Switzerland Distribution Centre and Shanghai Distribution Centre

o Submission of SKU details to DC for customs clearance

o Communication with all DCs

  • Handle all importation issues with DC and Singapore marketing team of marketing materials, testers for promotional use and training materials

  • Meet with DC and team to well maintain materials in DC and in office.

3. Spring/Fall Marketing Presentation materials for ASM

  • Assist ASM in preparing all China marketing calendars, samples and gifts for retailers presentations

o To coordinate with Marketing Department for item updates, etc

o Put together gifts for presentations

  • Assist ASM with Business Review PowerPoint presentation for each retailers

o Sales by Brand (EL/AR)

o Sales by Category

o Sales by Product line

  • Furnish customers with print materials/advert for magazines

4. Assist on administrative and coordination work

  • Track retailer’s purchase order and key in tester orders for ACs

  • Co-ordinate with retailers on returns through RAF/DIF and process the forms

  • Work with Logistics and provide necessary forms needed for dispatching orders out into field (collatrals, uniforms) or collection of returns from customers

  • Verify Price Re-billing request from retailers and work with Finance to process credit note

  • Assist to fill Sales cupboards with testers with urgent request

  • General office administrative issues of Shanghai office and Beijing office

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree

  • Good communication skills and fluent in both written and oral English.

  • Excellent computer skills (MS office, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Highly independent person who is able to perform a variety of tasks and change assignments quickly on short notice.

  • Good interpersonal skills to be able to work with different profiles of people.

  • Good initiative skills.

  • Good organization and coordination skills.
