E-Commerce Store Co-ordinator

Responsible for the Management and Commercial development of allocated Brand(s)’ Ecommerce platforms – ensure alignment of Websites and Direct Marketing assets with Brand(s) Marketing and Sales calendars. Liaise between the Online group and Marketing Departments. to coordinate new product launch information, visuals and copy transcription into web database / product management system (.NET tool). Take responsibility for the merchandising of the Brand(s) digital flagship, and drives marketing and advertising initiatives to maximize ecommerce revenue opportunities.
The day to day management of two flagship ecommerce stores is the key function of this role.
- Responsible for website content management including but not limited to:
o Correctly merchandising and displaying all products
o End to end execution of marketing calendar
o Managing new launches in partnership with key internal stakeholders
o Regular updates to the sites to ensure improved SEO performance
Responsible for tight P&L management of both stores – ensuring that all activity executed protects NOP.
Responsible for the update of the refresh schedule & marketing calendar; including product launch activation dates and changes managed via .NET.
Responsible for keeping track and updating monthly marketing calendars, sending correspondence with updates to external partners and internal team.
Create reports to analyse marketing results. Run analysis of sales, traffic and conversion. Tight management of ROI.
Assist with content creation for monthly refreshes in partnership with the digital production agency.
Create and manage updates on all product launches
Manage online gift sets, including allocation and photography
Regular Update of interactive tools (skin type tools, foundation finder etc.) in line with relevant product launches
Maintain accurate store listings and local events online
Ensure the correct implementation for tags on the site in coordination with regional engineering and external partners
Manage sample inventory and online marketing offerings as it relates to samples at checkout, unique promo offers or outside partner sampling programs.
Provide general support to the online manager & director as required
Digital marketing support & management of 3rd party agency
Provide brief to agency on objectives, look and feel and project timeline
Manage the asset journey in partnership with global creative team
Set-up and track all offer codes used in-conjunction with emails and online offers.
Ensure accurate data entry into .NET to manage such offers and track for usage rates.
KEY PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

Demonstrated organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects based on business needs and drivers.
Ability to analyze issues, trouble shoot effectively and provide quick resolutions to technical fault
Must have a solid team orientation with the ability to engage, focus, and influence others toward achieving specified goals within committed timeframe
Possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills demonstrated cross-culturally, with all departments
Very systematic , precise, logical, accurate and thorough approach to problem handling and project management
High attention to details, and a non-compromising attitude towards Q&A verification and sign-off
Appropriate post-graduate business or qualification
At least 3 - 5 years of internet marketing/ online experience
Strong digital project management background in a corporate or digital agency.
Familiar with digital agencies briefing processes and templates.
Excellent stakeholder management ability across internal and external resources
In depth understanding of digital media, web services, CMS management, database management & data integrity principles
High level of commercial acumen & experience in budget management
Technical ability to perform online content refresh within existing frames and templates (web sites and newsletters)
CMS experience essential
Ability to wireframe web interfaces if required
Adobe Creative Suite highly advantageous
Essential to have sound understanding and experience of CRM campaign definition and management
Expertise in HTML, CSS, Java, ASP.NET, XML and PHP is advantageous but not essential
