Too Faced has opened a new Free Standing Store in Stratford! We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Assistant Store Manager to help lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Too Faced Store Manager in managing the total operation of the store, including effective management of the store in the Store Manager’s absence. They are responsible for achieving and exceeding sales, productivity and service goals through the ongoing training and development of each member of their team. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for adhering to and setting the example for all brand expectations regarding customer service, image and professional standards.   • Personally demonstrate excellent selling skills, acting as a role model for team members

  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service

  • Create and organize in-store events to drive business, educating teams on product focus for theme of event / activity

  • Monitor competitor products, activity and results and discuss ways to take on the competition and build the business with the Store Manager

  • Monitor stock levels and key lines highlighting problems to the Store Manager or in his/her absence, to senior management to ensure there is adequate stock to achieve sales targets

  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds the Company's customer service standards

  • Communicate regularly and effectively with Store Manager keeping him/her informed of activities and working together to resolve difficulties

  • Ensure the store is merchandised to comply with the Too Faced brand image and standards at all times

  • Ensure the counters, testers and the store generally are kept clean and tidy at all times to reflect the Too Faced brand image

  • Run all aspects of administration in the Store Managers absence


  • Substantial retail management experience in a Free Standing Store, preferably within cosmetics

  • Demonstrate knowledge of Too Faced products and a passion for the beauty industry

  • Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation

  • Be teamwork-oriented with the ability to lead/work in a selling, goal-driven environment

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management

  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets

  • Experience creating and executing in-store events

  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment

  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
