An exciting opportunity has arisen within the BECCA Cosmetics team for a Supply Planner reporting into the BECCA Cosmetics Brand Manager with a matrix line into the Global Executive Director, Supply Chain.
This fulfilment position is responsible for the management of all outbound sales orders for Sephora EU/Douglas/UK accounts. They are the main point of contact between BECCA, the customer/internal sales team and our 3rd party warehouse on any order items. This role will be based in London, UK.
Review and process new sales orders from domestic and international clients with correct sku’s, quantities, pricing, and ship/delivery dates.
Right size inventory and optimise supply plans, including safety stocks positioning
Control excess, destructions and obsolescence inventory
Ensure the international markets have enough stock in warehouse at all times
Frequent communication with all global counterparts on timing of stock, NPL and fulfillment
Provide clear, accurate, proactive communication to accounts team on status of orders
Facilitate with third party logistics warehouse to have orders packed and shipped on time within customer’s vendor guidelines.
Work closely with UK EMEA BECCA teams to track new launch PO’s are submitted and processed within their allotted allocations and resolve any discrepancies prior to order approval.
Understand the specific requirements by market and customer for routing, scheduling, documentation, shelf life requirements, filing, and delivery appointments.
Prepare manifest with batch information for International customers who require a specific number of months of shelf life upon arrival in recipient country
Communicate any required order changes or special instructions to the warehouse.
Delegate priorities to warehouse when needed with clear communication of rationale.
Submit shipping instructions and coordinate pickups with 3rd party warehouse and customer freight forwarders.
Prepare documents in line with receiving country’s customer import requirements.
Track shipments through to delivery.
Reconcile any discrepancies between customer order and warehouse shipments and report to accounts team on shortages/overages.
Previous experience within an inventory management or supply chain role, ideally in an FMCG organisation
NetSuite / SAP SCM experience or similar demand planning systems
Proficiency in the use of Excel, including advanced spreadsheet tools
Excellent communication skills and the ability to run highly effective meetings
The ability to multi task and demonstrate flexibility and under pressure.
