The Bobbi Brown National Accounts team has an exciting opportunity for a National Accounts Executive to manage and maintain communication with a ledger of small accounts while providing a high level of Sales insight and support to the Sales team.

The role responsibilities will include:

  • Smooth operational management of wholesale budget:- ensure National Accounts team and Sales Director are fully operational- give clear lines of communication to sales team on all wholesale budgets initiatives / requirements

  • Plan and execute all Xmas elements from a wholesale perspective- take a lead role with any retail partners not aligned to NAMs- manage excess with National Operations Manager and Sales Director

  • Plan and operationalise all retailer orders within agreed timelines and oversee process and responsibilities with National Accounts team

  • Provide commercial support to National Account team with specific focus on ensuring wholesale targets are met each month - assist National Account team with quarterly reviews- regular communication with Kites team including updates on demand plan initiatives, feedback from brand review meeting, NPLs

  • Provide strong support to National Operations Manager - all wholesale communication and planning- prep and follow-up work for brand review meetings, ops meeting- forward plan Xmas sheets for forecasting and budgeting

  • Plan & operationalize regular & relevant updates on all wholesale to National Account team – with a focus on prioritisation

  • Work in partnership with Marketing/Forecasting/Demand Plan teams to ensure alignment of all wholesale elements

  • Build and maintain retailer relationships with a specific focus on QVC whereby this will be managed as a National Account. Effectively managing the wholesale & retail budgets and returns exposure. This will include working closely with the Brand marketing teams to build a robust content calendar being mindful of retail sales opportunity as well as the COGs impact from a profitability pov. Working in partnership with the .com Brand lead to maximise all retail sales opportunities from both shows, online and their social media channels.


  • Good communication is absolutely essential together with the ability to develop a strong working relationship with colleagues within the department and across the Brand.

  • Be able to work effectively within a fast-paced environment

  • Be able to prioritise when under pressure.

  • Advanced excel skills are required and working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and SAP.

  • The successful candidate will have excellent operational, organisational and communication skills, in addition to possessing analytical skills, professionalism and keen attention to detail.

  • Analytical ability – to forward plan and provide insights to assist in future growth and business development

  • Ability to communicate at all levels and cross functionality
