This role is responsible for implementing the Regional and Global Education and Artistry Programmes for the UK Region, ensuring that all Field Team, in Store Education Team and Retail Artists perform to the same consistently high standards.
This is an operational Field Based role comprising of Education support through strategically planned field store visits in key doors.
The role will also be responsible for classroom-based Bobbi Brown Academies.
Working alongside The Education and Artistry Director and The Field Retail and Education Managers providing coaching and development to ensure the thorough cascade of all education at store level.
Plan Store Visit itinerary in advance giving priority on top down basis with attention to time and cost efficiency.
Work with the Retail and Education managers to ensure that education support is strategic and effective across all doors.
Conduct field store visits to identify opportunities. Assess counter productivity, selling environment and education effectiveness
Coach and work alongside the Retail and Education Managers and Field Artistry teams to ensure that all Artists have the same consistent high levels of Selling Skills, Product knowledge and Artistry skill to service our Consumer effectively and achieve brand, retail and service goals.
Review the quality of Education Artistry and Selling skills delivered at store level and set relevant action plans
Highlight and action areas of Artist’s developmental training needs through in-store observation and Academies.
Highlight any CRM/event developmental areas to store management and Retail and Education managers to achieve retail and service goals.
Assist in writing and facilitating Education and Artistry Education for both Bobbi Brown Academies and Digital Education Platforms therefore should be proficient in writing Education Programs.
Implementing the Regional and Global Education Programme within the Region to ensure consistently high standards of product knowledge and service standards which ensure the achievement of all Bobbi Brown sales targets and High touch experience performance KPIs.
Set up timing and running of all Bobbi Brown Academies effectively and within expenditure guidelines.
Conduct Train the trainer sessions for Academy support and in store coaching
In liaison with Sales create and guide the roll out of regular in store focus based breakfast meetings
Deliver in-store coaches and resident educators programmes.
Conduct Senior /Resident Education and Development Meetings
Develop and lead future Education Talent Pool within the brand
Field and Store Support
Reporting and key development line for - Senior Resident Educators and Resident Educators to be effective in their roles
Coach Field Retail and Education Managers to ensure the highest standards of educational expertise and delivery within their role..
Ensure regular train the trainer sessions to ensure consistently high standards of education across the team.
- Provide feedback to the National Education and Artistry Director on store visits and productivity results.

An ideal candidate would be London based as 80% of Stores you will support are based in London. You will be expected to travel to other stores based in Dublin, Manchester and Birmingham, each or every other month.
