We are looking to recruit an experienced and driven National Account Manager to manage and drive the business in key store groups. The role reports into the Commercial Director and works on all key wholesale and operational initiatives to ensure overall Brand success.
Champion and drive retail & wholesale targets, manage all financial elements of designated groups and strategically plan short and long term business goals.
Financial management and understanding is essential – and links into profitable management of group numbers, commercial leadership, particularly with stock optimisation and central staffing agreements.
Development and implementation of retailer strategic plans, whilst maximising retail potential and working in partnership with the marketing team to develop these strategies.
Ability to effectively communicate and cascade strategic retail plans to Clinique Field teams whilst building strong retailer partnerships is essential.
Strong collaboration with Field team and regular store visits to ensure excellence in execution in stores on a top down basis.
Responsible for Financial Management of profit of group numbers, commercial leadership, particularly with stock optimisation and central staffing agreements.
Collaborative approach and excellent communication standards essential in all areas whilst building close working partnerships with operational team based in Kites Croft.
Ability to negotiate, influence and achieve desired Brand requirements is critical.
Planning of space, location and stock allocation is a fundamental part of the role, always championing the best opportunities for the brand.
Extensive experience working in a National Account Management role with P & L responsibility.
Must be collaborative, have strategic capability and be forward thinking with a 360 approach to retail, luxury cosmetics and Omni Channel.
Good organisational skills and time management are crucial to be successful in this role.
Ability to work in an agile way and balance between office and field is paramount.
Exceptional communication skills and building close working partnership across all internal functions is essential.
Results driven individual with excellent communication, change management and negotiation skills.
Must have experience of working in fast paced retail matrix organisation and be comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
