This role is responsible for the achievement of

Retail Sales, delivering results that are in line with brand priorities and

Leading the Regional Sales & Marketing Managers

on strategic business objectives and driving granular retail and local

relevancy opportunities, while influencing in an agile Modern retail landscape.

Working closely with Field Education

Manager to ensure a strong consistent message to the field team lives, driving

online to offline consumer journey, while leading the way to support Counter

Manager Commercial Development plus be aware of innovation and technology to

engage with high touch experience at every touch point

Relationships and

Negotiation would be key to pivot to Win from Sales and Education teams to all

Retail functions within Estée Lauder head Office and Retailers .Having an

innovative, communicative and collaborative, cross-functional approach to

all relationships.

Qualifications

Qualifications Required

The ideal Candidate would have extensive experience in

retail, with significant experience in a commercial field sales role, with an

engagement of how Experience drives Retail performance. Being a dynamic

and inspirational Manager with a real challenger mind-set, to lead, coach and

develop the talent and capabilities of regional and area Sales Team.
