We searching for an experienced Regional Retail Talent Acquisition Advisor on an interim basis to join our established in-house retail recruitment team based in London.

The role:

  • Provide a pragmatic and proactive Retail Talent Acquisition service for Estee Lauder Brands and deliver a best in class ‘High Touch’ professional service to Retail Hiring Managers and Candidates.

  • Proactively support the attraction and acquisition of retail workforce (permanent and temporary) against vacancies across the UK and ROI.

  • Foster strong working relationship with Field Area Sales Managers, wider Business and Field HRBP’s to enable you to deliver great talent that meets individual brand criteria.

  • Identify complex vacancies and create direct sourcing strategies that proactively builds readily available talent pipelines.

  • Promote ELC as the best home for talent and career opportunity.

Qualifications

  • Have worked in Retail and have a passion and interest in the beauty industrry

  • Must have attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • In-house or agency recruitment experience would be preferred but not essential.

  • Must be able to demonstrate how you prioritise workload.

  • Be able to foster strong working relationships with Field Management and wider Business to enable you to deliver great talent that meets individual brand criteria.

  • Promote ELC as the best home for talent and career opportunity.

  • Experience of working in fast paced retail environment and matrix organisation.

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality candidates within specified timelines.

  • Must also be organised with excellent time management and organisational skills.
