An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join the Estée Lauder brand in Travel Retailing Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) team. The role will be based in the London offices and will report to the Regional Marketing Manager, Estée Lauder.

The role is responsible for supporting the Marketing team in the execution of the Estée Lauder brand within Travel Retail EMEA. It includes working within budget and planning with Forecasting and Pricing teams as well as communicating with New York and the Sales team on a regular basis. This person is expected to help with the assortment management working closely with the warehouse facilities in Lachen.

The role is responsible for also supporting and managing the EMEA In-Flight business and the person will liaise directly with Corporate Inflight Sales Manager to work on the inflight brand priorities. This position will be responsible for managing the In-Flight database as well as analysing current data and recommending next steps for EMEA. This also involves close contact with New York for listing availability, future assortments and forecasts.

This role requires candidates with high analytical skills in order to provide in depth analysis of the business performance and an outlook of the competitive landscape. It is expected to provide insights and identify opportunities for the Estée Lauder brand in Travel Retailing.

This role will also be assisting the Product Manager in the execution of 360 campaigns and it is important to already have experience with retail and digital activations.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate outstanding communication skills and should have proven experience in an analytical & administrative function. They will be able to work independently, be extremely organised and have a collaborative personality.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are vital. In addition, the ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task constantly reprioritising in order to achieve deadlines and enjoy working in a fast paced, pressurised environment. Advanced Excel proficiency (eg Pivot tables, Lookup & Logical formulas, conditional formatting, chart & table formatting) is essential.
