This position reports into the National Sales & Education Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for tracking and analysing the brands business and consumer Key Performance Indicators to gain a deeper understanding of brand health to help influence strategic decision making.

Retail target and Wholesale budget planning:

  • Implement and track to ensure retail and wholesale target alignment.

  • Implement new ideas of how to drive retail and wholesale processes/reporting as our business evolves.

  • Use business data to plan and analyse campaigns by retailer and understand the impact on the business.

Retail:

  • Ensure retail targets are completed on a timely basis/ monthly, quarterly and 12 months rolling.

  • Review and submit the monthly field targets along with the NFSEM to ensure targets are realistic and stretching by door.

  • Provide the Sales Team with the relevant retail information in order to support them with strategic targeting. Provide historical data, retailer activity, new launch expectation.

  • Provide the monthly retail report showing monthly and year to date results by region/area and category performance.

  • Send out weekly retail sales to UK and US teams ensuring accuracy of epos and non-epos data and including a detailed summary of performance.

  • Build and maintain new launch sell through trackers and distribute them on a routine basis to include email / DM analysis

  • Work with Kites Croft Finance team to ensure data integrity on collation of information for BRM packs.

  • Collation of figures for Brand Manager and the Sales & Marketing Team. Helping towards presentations for budget meetings, New York visitor’s presentations, conference presentations as and when required.

  • Load the monthly retail sales targets.

Wholesale:

  • Work with National Account Executive in forecasting 12 month rolling targets.

  • Support the National Account Executive with forecast accuracy by retailer.

Consumer Insights:

  • Providing relevant and beneficial consumer insights using available internal and external data (e.g. Smart Focus and Experian), cascading to global and internal teams.

  • Assisting the brand in providing information on capture rate, basket analysis, customer demographics, repurchase rates, and new vs existing customers in addition to much more to help educate and shape the brand and its marketing strategy. Delivery of insights via specified formats e.g. Powerpoint,Word, raw data etc.

  • Take a proactive approach in ensuring insights are easily accessible to the team by sharing the internal data reports and assisting the team in ongoing training. Provides field and store teams with league table results to ensure brand KPIs are met.

  • Manages all ad hoc data pulls and assists in completing quarterly Global updates and ad hoc Global requests.

  • Analyse NPD Reports provided by the Corporate Team based on brand and competitor performance

General:

  • Undertake analytical projects and build reports as requested by Sales & Marketing Teams.

  • Attend Sales & Marketing/Demand Review meetings as required.

  • Support retailer strategy meetings as needed.

  • Translate marketplace activity and NPD information to update sales managers with market share, trends and high street activity.

Qualifications

  • This individual should possess a strong aptitude for figures, have a strong understanding and capability to navigate our in house systems. Be proficient in excel and word and have the ability to analyse data to benefit the needs of the business.
