Estee Lauder Travel Retailing (Europe, Middle

East and Africa) is recruiting a Pricing &

Sales Support Co-ordinator (Temporary) based in the Fitzroy Office in London and reporting to the Pricing and

Sales Support Manager.


successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the department in

supporting our third-party providers and performing quality checks on work

submitted. They will be involved in the determination and supply of pricing

information and for providing administrative support to retailers and sales


The pricing function involves price review/calculation

across all channels of distribution, maintaining pricing and retailer linking

within SAP, ongoing review of product profitability and cost of goods,

maintaining customer files, retailer listing forms and product assortments

across all brands. The role will also require the person to maintain contact

with local markets to anticipate and capture SRP adjustments and to reflect

these changes in SAP and communicate to the retailer. They will also need to

problem solve pricing issues and carry out the necessary administration to

ensure correct billing.

The sales support side involves ad hoc duties

which will vary across retailer. Tasks will include updating retailer product

information, assisting with retailer queries and managing administration for new

product launches.


This is a vital communications role,

requiring the development of an extensive understanding of our retailers and

product assortment to become a point of reference for the Sales, Marketing,

Distribution and Financial teams. The successful applicant will be a service

and process orientated individual, with the ability to work independently,

manage deadlines and prioritise. They will be an excellent communicator, with

proven analytical and administrative skills and with the ability to work with

all levels of staff both internally and externally. Candidates must enjoy

working as part of team in a busy hard-working environment, have excellent

computer skills, be flexible, organised and be able to work well under
