Must have 15 years delivering complex programs, working at a senior management level

Experience of managing VP level relationships and deliverables managing internal and vendor teams

Experience managing a portfolio of global projects

Ability to work across cultures

Tracked experience in delivering projects on-time and on-budget

Experience of having worked for a similar large-scale organization in a highly matrix, international environment

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Methodical in approach

Portfolio Management Core Responsibilities

Manages projects alignment to the Interconnected Retail Capabilities Map

Owns and guides/manages other Project Managers/Scrum Masters on the NA delivery plan

Identifies ELC resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities

Manages day-to-day and end-to-end operational aspects of the NA portfolio of projects.

Ensures resources are accountable and delivering against their project commitments

Effectively apply IT PMO methodology and enforces project standards across the portfolio

Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures

Manages risk exposure on projects

Manage changes to the project scope, which impact schedule, budget or resources through strict change control

Manage interdependencies across IT, working with other Project and Program Managers in order to identified and manage interdependent deliverables

Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

Project Accounting

Ensure project funding processes are completed

Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis

Effectively work with IT Finance teams to manage project budget and changes

Qualifications

Senior Portfolio Manager sought with stellar execution experience within Global fast-paced environment. Must have experience with all core aspects of SDLC within Agile framework/methodology

PMI and/or ITIL certification (required)

Omnichannel Retail experience and/or Marketing Technologies preferred
