Manager, Data & Analytics Product Lead - HR/Finance

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Data & Analytics Product Lead is accountable for producing analytics solutions that unlock business insight and enable impactful decisions driving immediate value.

In particular, this position requires a strong analytical mindset and key management skills to lead the development activities required to bring the end products and solutions to life.

Furthermore, the Product Lead must be able to drive product adoption by leveraging key change management, communication and stakeholder management principles.

Deliver Analytical and Business Intelligence Products to Functions/Regions/Brands


-Create Product roadmap with short-term and longer-term milestones aligned with our Strategy

-Develop business cases in collaboration with business teams, formulate plans, estimate resources and identify timing for execution

-Define project organization & methodology (internal vs outsourced, agile vs waterfall)

-Build a Proof of Concept when required


-Write Product Requirements Documentation listing features (both back and front-end) vision, metrics/KPIs, data sources, detailed design…

-Ensure design of solution features includes data architecture, user interface and user experience

-Coordinate sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases accurately portray specific business needs

-Drive solution selection process e.g. RFI/RFP, review vendors

-Supervise Product development and testing, manage dependencies across departments and functions and ensure on-time and within-budget delivery


-Manage Customer communication with the proper level of detail

-Organize training sessions

-Facilitate transition to support teams


-Define, monitor and analyze key adoption/engagement indicators

-Suggest and promote product enhancements based on the above


-Extensive experience in Global project management and software Product management ideally within large-scale organizations


-Proactive leadership to build strong rapport and relationship with cross-functional users and stakeholders as well as with on-shore and off-shore resources

-Ability to understand the business needs and translate them in to effective & efficient solutions designs

-Excellent communication skills, organized, self-motivated

-Good knowledge in Corporate Finance (P&L Reporting, FP&A, Pricing...) and HR Analytical processes


-Experience in lead visualization tools required such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView/QlikSense

-Knowledge of Data warehousing and Data Lake concepts and architecture (Azure, Hive, Spark…)

-Exposure in Business Intelligence products e.g. SAP BW, HANA, Microsoft BI

-Knowledge in the area of Predictive Analytics is advantageous
