This role is an integral part of the North America Brand FP&A team. This position provides strong financial, planning and analysis support to GLAMGLOW in the areas of strategic planning, annual budgeting, departmental & account management for monthly and estimate deliverables. This position reports directly to the Director North America Finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of annual strategy documents

  • Work closely with all cross functional departments within North America (i.e.: Field, National Accounts, Merchandising, Digital/Social) to track and monitor spend versus plan and estimates

  • Assist in the development of financial models; track ROI and key performance indicators on brands accelerated stretch plans

  • Monitor capital requirements and analyze ROI of Assets

  • Manage the monthly estimate process; including preparation of all brand and channel required reporting and analyses

  • Ensure P&L accuracy from gross shipments, cost of goods, and operating expenses

  • Monitor account and door level contribution, highlighting areas for improvement

  • Prepare departmental analysis to track cost center spending, budgets and estimates

  • Provide explanation of variant spending on a regular basis to relevant management teams

  • Assist in the preparation of the monthly marketing deck reconciliation for the brands

  • Analyze monthly Balance Sheet accounts reports for validity. Research and investigate unusual items for propriety

  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis as requested

Qualifications

Additional Job Specifications (e.g., physical demands, working conditions, equipment/machinery, specific skills, etc.):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required, MBA preferred

  • 5 years or relevant work experience

  • Proficient in Advance Excel and accounting/financial reporting systems; Hyperion & SAP knowledge a plus

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required

  • Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines and to multitask

  • Proactive individual looking to continuously take on additional responsibility and improve processes and procedures

  • Ability to work independently and in groups
