Le Labo is expanding globally with the opening of new boutiques and corners. Its home market, the US is experiencing the biggest growth within the company. To accompany this expansion preserving the values of our unique business model and mission of slow perfumery, man-made approach and mindfulness, Le Labo is recruiting an Account coordinator for the South California based in Los Angeles.

Le Labo Account Coordinator is a Brand Ambassador. He/She executes the brand strategy at field level. He/she is responsible for sharing Le Labo’s mission, values, diffusing the company culture and growing a strong business in each doors. He/She reports to the Area Manager South California.

Key responsibilities:

Recruitment, Onboarding and Admin:

.Responsible for identifying the right talents and build a team of Associates to join NA organization

.Prepare onboarding training program, schedule and coordinate training

.Monitor, control and approve hours for store managers on weekly basis

.Support the Area Manager with Quarterly PDP reviews for FSS team and set up goals

.Develop field teams on their skills

Business Management:

.Responsible to achieve sales targets in all doors (FSS/DS/SM)

.At the beginning of fiscal year assist the Area manager in creating a strategic plan per doors to achieve targets,

.Execute brand strategy at field level

.Monitor and improve KPI when needed

.Develop brand awareness: Identify possible collaborations, new partnerships. Grow partnerships in place

.Plan and execute successful events at DS level: organize event with store management, assign goals, host master class, set up counters for the event, and ensure goals are achieved.

.Implement the brand opening strategy in all new doors


.Stay abreast of all activities at FSS and Department stores and understand performance

.Follow business on weekly and monthly basis: collecting data, reporting qualitative and quantitative information to understand the performance to GM and AM.

.Execute monthly business report providing metrics, KPI as well as qualitative feedbacks

Store operations:

.Support the Area manager in training all teams on brand policies and compliancy.

.Responsible for proper merchandising, overall look and feel

.Support the stores with their inventory

.POS support

.Support Managers in their responsibilities
