The incumbent must possess expertise in a specialized technology, and is responsible for conducting specialized research within that technical area.


  • Engages in specialized research in cosmetic powder formulation and provides technical contributions that promote and maintain the company's status as the leader in the field of cosmetic research and development.

  • Conduct, document and present the findings of independent research and experimentation, in cosmetic powder formulation.

  • Develops new and innovative techniques, technology and/or products that substantially differs from or exceeds current products and technology.

  • Provide technical leadership to the Research and Development through educational and consultative assistance to professional staff in his/her area of expertise.

  • Design, conduct and document research based on topics of special interest to R&D management. Completes special projects as assigned by senior management.

  • Interact with senior R&D management to troubleshoot, explain and demonstrate findings.

  • Research new directions and ideas through examination of scientific literature and interaction with other scientists and members of the professional community.

  • Participate in special projects as assigned by senior management.


Minimum Education: 4 year Scientific / Technical Degree or Masters or Ph.D.

Minimum Years Of Experience: 6-7 (with 4 year degree/masters) or 4-6 (with Ph.D.)
