This newly created position is a key role for the FP&A Center of Excellence (CoE) to support the design of a new operating model and through the multi-year rollout across Global and Regional teams and on-going management of the CoE operations. This role supports the strategy and overall objectives of implementing the FP&A CoE model by working with key stakeholders across the FP&A functions. This position will play an integral role in the development of content for deliverables that will be presented to senior leadership and the CoE team leads. This is a career developing role that begins with the early stage of design of FP&A Analytics CoE, then advances to the on-going management and support of the fully implemented model and potential CoE Capability leader as the CoE evolves.

  • Support and champion the FP&A Analytics CoE service delivery model through participation in strategic development and tactical roll-out of capabilities globally

  • Conduct interviews / working sessions to gain inputs for the design of the CoE operating model as well as the future on-going operations, as capabilities are integrated into the service delivery model

  • Develop and maintain the CoE roadmap and timeline as capabilities and geographies are implemented

  • Facilitate technology assessment for the CoE and assist with coordinating services to support the CoE teams

  • Manage the initial drafting of taxonomy, process flows, and service management to design and operate the CoE

  • Collaborate with CoE leads to ensure development of policies and standards in order to establish and maintain the CoE governance model

  • Draft and lead preparation of key outputs and deliverables

  • Work with Core and Extended Teams to collect input into design and execution of initiatives

  • Prepare and present working session materials and assist with the working session planning through all phases from design to operational roll-out


  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with all levels of management and fast paced environment

  • Knowledge and experience with project management and the design of operations to support business partners with centers of excellence, or similar type service organization

  • Advanced Excel skills associated with large volumes of data

  • Proficiency in Hyperion Smartview or similar tool, working knowledge of Hyperion Financial Systems (CPM) and SAP

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint

  • Experience working with data visualization tools is a plus (e.g. Tableau)

  • Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines and multitask to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment

  • While based in Melville, this position will require regular travel to the NYC based company operations.
