Manager, Global R&D Data Integrity

The primary role of this position is to effectively lead the deployment and management of SOP standards globally across the R&D sites. The individual is required to closely collaborate with R&D QA - to ensure effective SOP practices are in place for an effective Data Integrity (DI) landscape.

The process scope includes:

-Leading the standardization of Process Documentation and SOPs across R&D in close collaboration with QA.


-Experience in writing and training on GxP process documentation, SOPs and training.

-Superior communication skills to share SOP guideline and conduct training across all levels in R&D

-Knowledge of GxP (Good Clinical/Manufacturing/Documentation practices)

-Experience in Electronic Document Management Systems (e.g. OpenText preferred)

-Knowledge of FDA Validation and CFR 21 Part 11

-BS degree

-Minimum 5 years experience

-10% travel time
