The Quality Assurance Auditor will co-lead quality audits to

analyze and ensure that the basic processes of our plants and suppliers are

effective. Evaluate suppliers' quality systems to ensure full compliance to ELC

and all applicable regulatory requirements. This position is a member of the

Global Quality Assurance Audit team.

  • 40% - Co-lead quality audits of suppliers. Auditperformance activities include: defining the audit scope and requirements,communicate with suppliers regarding audit scheduling, assist in conductingopening & closing meetings, execute the audit to EL standard usingappropriate checklist for Components, Raw Material, Third Party Manufactures(TPM), and Estée Lauder manufacturing sites, and other sites as developed bythe audit group, publish audit report according to time and contentrequirements, evaluate and accept/reject supplier correctiveaction/preventative action (CAPA) plans.

  • 20% - Conduct liaison activities withthird-party audit companies: communicate with audit companies regarding auditrequests and scheduling, communicate between audit company and auditee asnecessary, monitor progress of audit scheduling and execution, ensure reportsare submitted on time and correctly per vendor master service agreement,evaluate and accept/reject audit reports, communicate rejected reportcorrections to audit companies,

  • 20% - Manage administrative data: update theaudit tracking database; publish audit schedules; publish supplier auditreports and observations; measure supplier risk according to audit groupcriteria; search for/retrieve information from ELC data management systems.

  • 10% - Collaborate with of members of the QAorganization and other functions at ELC in continuous improvement of the auditprogram.

  • 10% - Other duties as required to includeparticipating in cross-functional project teams, participating in tradeassociation working group, among others.


  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 60 % Travel

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience auditing externalsuppliers

  • Basic knowledge of applicable regulations andguidance documents, able to apply critical thinking skills to evaluaterequirements

  • Knowledge of global GMP standards formanufacturing and Quality - ISO (9001, 15378, 22716), EFfCI, BRC PackagingStandard Issue 5

  • Computer literate with good working knowledge ofMicrosoft products. (SAP knowledge an added advantage)
