Description

  • Analyze monthly global cost of goods data and prepare schedules with explanations of variances from prior year on a global, regional, and brand levels for sr. management. This would include problem solving on accounting to ensure global consistency is upheld.

  • Responsible for the intercompany accounting $350M on a global plant consolidation perspective to ensure that the intercompany markup activity is recorded accurately on a monthly basis.

  • Develop monthly estimate for the U.S. Plant NOP and explain any variances vs. estimate or actual.

  • Prepare and analyze the annual Billing Affiliate Cost Guidance issued to the Global Brands and Affiliates.

  • Provide foreign exchange modeling to support fluctuations related to FX from a translation, intercompany transactional plant sales, and foreign exchange on purchase of components.

  • Understand and report to Treasury on plant cash flow receipts and disbursements and how it effects transactional foreign exchange.

  • Prepare cost center and headcount analysis for global supply chain finance.

  • Assist Supply Chain Finance Vice President in COGS presentations for various reporting committees.

  • Participate in Adhoc Projects related to Gross Margin or Plant/DC to support functional areas as needed.

  • Reconcile the Fiscal Plan for Global COGS and Consolidated Plant & DC Income Statement

  • Monthly Plant P&L meetings with Brand Finance Controllers on Inventory, MFG Variances, Obsolescence and Shipping.

  • Partner with plant financial personnel around the global on all aspects of intercompany transactions.

  • Coordinate the Global Supply Chain calculation and submission of Days Payable Outstanding.

Qualifications

-Minimum 5 years of Experience

-Accounting and Finance Degree - MBA Plus
