Responsible for leading HR responsibilities for TRAM employees, including employee relations, talent acquisition, rewards & performance management.

Human Resources Business Partner:

Employee Relations

  • Demonstrates success in managing complex employee relations issues conducting investigations and hearings, providing advice and coaching to managers.

  • Interprets and evolves policy and processes to support a fair, positive, productive work environment

  • Remain up to date with employment legislation and best practice, communicating relevant information to the business.

  • Point of contact for all employees inquires, such as benefits, disabilities, etc.

Talent Acquisition

  • Support Talent Acquisition team on the recruitment for all levels for Travel Retail Americas (JDQ, Postings, Sourcing, Interviewing, Job Offers- Pre-employment process) Staffing solutions; maternity cover; and Internships.

  • Onboarding (Pre start date, managers, HR onboarding facilitations, follow-ups).

  • HR Admin (Org charts updates, SAP - entry new employees ; update employee access, HR SharePoint, New Hire Communication)

Rewards

  • Compensation- Partner with compensation US and Americas affiliates for job offers; manage activities related to performance increases and Salary administration; adjustments for all TR AM employees. Manage SFT/Bonus (calendar & fiscal)/Equity /delivery of communications. Global Grading processes

  • Manage Payroll inquiries/approvals/corrections (Kronos, VRS)

  • HR Reports/Metrics

Performance & Talent Management

  • PPD process: communication, questions, concerns, PIP.

Others

  • Collaborate in enterprise initiatives
