Maximize the results of marketing activities through effective management of non-saleable elements and budgets, while supporting the Regional Marketing Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations in the Marketing Department. Collaborate with Sales Team/ Marketing, Digital, and Visual Merchandising Teams to maximize the effectiveness of Digital programs, collateral elements, GWPs and samples in order to increase conversion and recruit new customers. Strategically focus on doors and product categories that are in-line with priorities while bearing in mind Brands’ strategies.


  • Support the Marketing Manager and team in ensuring that digital campaigns are executed with excellence and on time.

  • Partner with Digital Marketing team to support the aggregation and development of product content for partner websites and managing product assortment by retailer

  • Organize and maintain a Digital and Social Media calendar, leveraging assets from Global Brand, with posts drafted and scheduled for future publication. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure promotional and social media activities are live according to calendar.

  • Provide digital assets for Special Events and HPPs

  • Creates digital advertising promotions for in-store screens


  • Maintain and update media plan and secure needed ad art work and provide to sales team/ client, including Inflight.

  • Liaise with regional counterparts to obtain existing advertising elements in other languages.

  • Review, proofread and approve printed materials such as print advertisement, catalogues, flyers and in-store communication.

  • Verify images and copy for Inflight Publications.


  • Maintain seasonal marketing calendars from sales team as well as regional offices, as well as domestic marketing calendars and share as relevant with the team.

  • Lead in the seasonal update of Marketing Book and calendars and provide copies to Sales and Education teams for proper distribution

  • Establishes with Marketing Manager and Field Team marketing/digital/ promotional calendars per Retailer for each brand.


  • Manages the non-saleable GWPs and all category samples including all forecasts, strategies, allocations for the region by communicating back to New York Demand Planning and Marketing, Miami Commercial Team and Regional Director guaranteeing strategy, gifting trend and opportunities are considered and implemented while evaluating competitors’ tendencies.

  • Creates the regional non-saleable allocations for the team. Administers skus by confirming descriptions, codes, country of origin, UPC and availability dates are accurate.

  • Work closely with sales team to ensure GWP optimization and qualifier determination.

  • Responsible for promoting usage of newness non-saleable skus each season to avoid excess inventory in Lachen.

  • Keep forecast recap of all orders by season with $value in order to track expenses.

  • Track all marketing expenses versus budget and reconcile with Business Manager on a monthly basis

  • Analyze monthly promo report (RDI) and work with VM and sales team to provide usage plan.


  • Work closely with sales team to identify areas of opportunity and to further promote the Brand Increase conversion and recruit new customers.

  • Collaborate in the planning of Sales Meetings for Seasonal presentations to all stakeholders.

  • Share in the responsibility of drafting bi-weekly Marketing Bulletins containing all relevant information to sales and education teams.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration.

  • Minimum 3 years of business experience preferably in marketing, analysis sales, forecasting and/or market and consumer trends.

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Fully Bilingual-read, write and speak English and Spanish. Portuguese a plus.

  • Strong computer knowledge of Windows; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Available to travel up to 10% of the time.
