Description

The Corporate CRM Coordinator is in charge of:

  • Customers Engagement KPIs’ reporting and monitoring;

  • Development of CRM strategies for our Brands to increase the Customer Engagement;

  • Design of a communication plan through different channels in cooperation with other teams (marketing, education, retail, digital);

  • Analysis of Market and Competitor’s Trends;

  • Design, Planning and Development of Lead, Loyalty and Engagement campaigns among the Customer Journey;

  • Work closely with the regional CRM team

  • Implements Brand marketing strategies to optimize customer retention and loyalty;

  • Drive ad hoc CRM campaigns in strong collaboration with the brands in order to bring traffic, boost retention and develop customer loyalty;

  • Develops targeted customer relationships by conceiving tactical plans;

  • Drive CRM analysis to support the development of Customer Experiences Strategies;

  • Build strong partnership with retailers in order to align on CRM strategies and content;

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics.

3-5 years CRM experience.

Required Language Proficiency: Fluent English Local Language

  • Excellent analytical, strategical and decision-making skills

  • Solid understanding of customer experience and CRM performance analysis

  • Solid background in CRM campaign conception, implementation and optimization

  • Good Knowledge of Google Analytics and MS Office

  • Interest in Beauty Industry

  • Team and cross-team working approach
