Description

The ideal candidate will be able to manage and remain calm, professional and highly functioning in a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently and on time. He/She will have the ability to work independently to anticipate needs and take tasks to the next logical steps. He/she will be responsible for communicating on behalf of the SVP and VP when needed and following up to be sure everything has been executed as planned. He/she must possess the ability to work effectively and interact with a wide range of people, including high level executives, and manage strong personalities.

  • Responsible for managing calendars, answering phones, scheduling conference calls, meetings and overall administrative requirements.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and process expense reports and monthly accruals.

  • Point person and driver for all administrative planning and coordinating of all meeting requirements.

  • Assist with all presentations and PowerPoint needs.

  • Maintain team printer toners, order office supplies and other office housekeeping tasks.

Qualifications

-University Degree or Equivalent

-3 Years Minimum Experience

  • Position requires 3 years administrative experience in a corporate environment; Experience supporting senior executive preferred

  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills required.

  • Able to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.

  • Proactive and willing attitude.

  • Ability to exercise professional discretion and judgment.

  • Computer Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required.

  • High comfort level with digital technology

  • Advanced PowerPoint a plus
